About Eden Hazard

Eden Hazard came through the youth academy of Lille, where he won the league title and cup, before moving to Chelsea in 2012. There, for seven seasons, he became an absolute fan favourite, scoring 110 goals in 352 appearances and being named the club's Player of the Year four times. He won the Premier League twice, the Europa League twice, and in the 2019 final against Arsenal, he scored a memorable farewell goal. Known for his dribbling, ball control, and joy of playing, Hazard was considered one of the best players in the Premier League for years. After Chelsea, he moved to Real Madrid, where injuries plagued his career, before he retired from playing in 2023. His time at Chelsea remains for most fans the absolute highlight of a brilliant career.
