About Arthur Theate

Arthur Theate was born in Liège and went through the youth academies of clubs such as KRC Genk and Standard Liège. His path to the top was not easy: at the age of twenty, he was without a club and even considered a career change, before making his breakthrough at KV Oostende. Via Stade Rennes, he ended up at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he became a regular in the defense. With the Red Devils, he played his second World Cup at the 2026 World Cup, having previously been part of the squad in Qatar. Known for his heading ability, recovery speed, and left foot, Theate is considered a reliable force in the heart of the Belgian defense.
